Cancel your subscription
You can cancel your Pro plan anytime, no questions asked. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- 1Sign in to your account.
- 2Go to Billing in your dashboard's side menu.
- 3Click «Manage subscription» to open Stripe's secure portal.
- 4Select «Cancel plan» and confirm. Done.
What happens to my QR codes when I cancel?
Your QR codes keep working and redirecting. Your account returns to the Free plan, so some Pro features (detailed analytics, center logo, vector formats, unlimited codes) stop being available, but no QR is deleted.
Can I request a refund?
If you think you were charged by mistake, email us at elevatehuboficial@gmail.com and we'll review it.
Delete the account entirely?
You can delete your account and all your data from My account → Danger zone.
