Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of QR by Elevate Links (the "Service"), operated by Elevate Hub Agency LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to host or share content that is illegal, fraudulent, infringing on intellectual property rights, that contains malware or phishing material, that promotes hate or violence, or that violates someone else's privacy. We reserve the right to disable any QR code or close any account that violates these rules.
3. Subscriptions and trial
Paid plans (Pro, Team) renew automatically until canceled. The 7-day Pro trial requires a payment method but is not charged during the trial period. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. After the trial, your card is charged the listed price for the chosen billing cycle.
4. Referral program
Each user can generate one referral code. When 3 referred users complete a Pro purchase, the referrer earns 3 months of Pro. Self-referrals, fraudulent accounts and any attempt to abuse the program will void the rewards and may result in account termination.
5. Data and analytics
Dynamic QR scans collect anonymous metadata: timestamp, approximate location (city/country), device type, OS and browser. We do not collect IP addresses in plain text — they are hashed with a daily salt for unique-visitor counting. You own the data generated by your QR codes and may export it at any time.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms with reasonable notice. On termination, your QR codes stop redirecting and your data is deleted within 30 days unless legal obligations require us to keep it longer.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app banner at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
9. Scan analytics — your responsibility as QR owner
Our Service registers anonymous scan events for each QR you create (count, country, device, hashed IP) on your behalf as legitimate interest of you, the owner. We do not set cookies on the visitor's browser nor identify them. However, if you operate in a sector with specific transparency duties (medical, financial, public administration) or in jurisdictions stricter than GDPR/CCPA, the obligation to inform your visitors of any tracking falls on you as the data controller. We provide the technical means; the disclosure to your visitors is your responsibility.
